Ashlyn began her career in property management in 2015 and joined Confluence Communities in 2019. She has grown with the organization and takes pride in leading and supporting high-performing teams that uphold the Confluence standard by creating and maintaining exceptional communities for residents. Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young sons, who keep life full of energy, joy, and plenty of mischief. As a family, they love exploring local spots and discovering new places to play and make memories together.
