Dave Chismar

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dave started his 22 years in the construction industry in framing residential houses. His experience varies from residential homes, commercial building including schools and libraries, and multifamily structures. He has worked with Confluence for seven years as a project superintendent where he leads large projects to full completion. During Dave’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his children and taking them to Dance and Cheerleading. He also enjoys spending time on the lake when possible.
