Liz Smith

Liz began her career in property management as a leasing professional in 2014. She has managed multiple communities throughout the Boulder and Denver areas, and her current portfolio includes properties in the West Suburbs of Denver. Her greatest satisfaction in property management comes from overseeing a new development from its initial stages to its completion as a vibrant community where residents take ownership and pride in their homes. Liz is originally from a small town in Illinois and studied at Northern Illinois University. She decided to move to colorful Colorado in 2010. Liz, her husband, and their three children love to travel, camp, and explore the Rockies. When on vacation, you can find them on sandy beaches or in scenic mountain towns.
