Paul F. Pani

Paul Pani serves as Managing Director of Confluence Capital Markets and leads Confluence’s equity-raising efforts. Since its founding Confluence has successfully completed over $2 billion of real estate development for mostly multi-family and mixed-use assets and has over $1.5 billion of new multifamily and mixed-use developments in the pipeline. Paul’s focus is cultivating and developing long-term capital partner relationships for Confluence. Paul brings over 25 years of expertise and knowledge in a successful real estate and capital markets career where he raised in excess of $20 billion of equity. Prior to joining Confluence in 2023, Paul worked for Embree Capital Markets Group as a managing director, where he led the firm’s private equity capital formation efforts and fund management business. In addition, he held integral roles in raising capital for world-class advisory firms and asset managers, including a position as Senior Managing Director for Kennedy Wilson, Senior Vice President for Iridian Asset Management, Managing Director for Newfleet Asset Management, Senior Advisory Consultant for Cole Capital, and Director of Institutional Markets for Emerging Global Advisors. Paul has a B.A. Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensures. In his spare time, Paul enjoys traveling with his family, listening to live music, and exploring the National Parks both on foot and by bike.
