AREA MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Robert joined Confluence in 2018 as a Maintenance Supervisor. Robert started in the apartment industry as a floating maintenance technician over 10 years ago. He quickly moved from the apprentice level  to a lead technician position and finally to Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, he learned how to become a leader and train his team members to help advance their careers. Currently, Robert works as an Area Maintenance Supervisor overseeing maintenance operations of multiple locations. In this role, he teaches and supports maintenance technicians and maintenance supervisors. In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and friends. On the weekend, you will find him on the sidelines cheering on his daughters and their soccer teams to victory!
