As The Director of Maintenance Terry brings over 30 years of maintenance experience. Including multifamily, hotel and commercial property maintenance. Terry has been in charge of multimillion dollar renovations, capital projects and tenant finishes. While being a Colorado Native Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. He also enjoys playing golf and being outdoors.
