Tommy Visconsi

DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCE MANAGER

Tommy is responsible for the underwriting, capitalization and due diligence for current and potential developments.  He also provides oversight and direction on entitlements, design, investor management, and marketing matters. Tommy has been in the real estate business since 2010 and has worked for Continuum Partners, Forest City, and David, Hicks, & Lampert Brokerage. He holds his Colorado Real Estate License and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver. Tommy is a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan and enjoys traveling and going to see live music.
