Javier Alday

AREA MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Javier joined Confluence in 2017 as a Maintenance Supervisor. He currently works as an Area Maintenance Supervisor overseeing maintenance operations for multiple locations. He began his career in 1996 as a Supervisor in industrial maintenance. He found his passion for maintenance in that role and has continued to nurture his career from there. Javier has called Colorado home for 21 years and loves to spend his time camping and with his family.
