Riverwalk will be a vibrant and catalytic mixed-use development of residential, retail, and office space.

Riverwalk is a residential re-development of two blocks of downtown Castle Rock. Bookending both sides of Sellars Gulch along Wilcox St., Riverwalk will maximize the resident’s and visitor’s experience by providing luxury amenities, only previously seen in downtown Denver developments. The developer’s goal is to attract young professionals to live and work in the Downtown Castle Rock area. Riverwalk will also help revitalize Downtown Castle Rock by abutting the Town’s $5 million investment in Festival Park. With the two new proposed developments just north of these two sites, Riverwalk will help redefine the heart of Downtown Castle Rock.

The proposed Riverwalk development will consist of a mix of retail, office, and residential uses.  In total, Riverwalk would provide downtown Castle Rock with 10,000 sf of ground level retail, 20,000 sf of commercial office space, and 228 residential apartment units.  Parking would be accommodated one level below each building and at the street level, parked behind the retail sections. 328 parking spaces would be dedicated to residents, office users, and visitors as a part of the Riverwalk development.  Construction will start in the fall of 2016.
