The Brickyard is a regional destination for recreation, gathering, working, shopping, and dining. This 31-acre master-planned mixed-use development is located directly west of downtown Castle Rock, Colorado, and proximate to the regionally renown Philip S. Miller Park. In total, the Brickyard will include 50,000 square feet of restaurant, retail, and event space, 33,000 square feet of office space, and 485,000 square feet of multifamily residences. The 520 residential units will include a variety of housing types including luxury condos and apartments. With $400 million in new developments, The Brickyard will truly enhance the community, encouraging residents and visitors to gather in the Brickyard Square, and celebrate all that Castle Rock has to offer.
